AAA has introduced a mobile battery replacement service to help members at the location where their battery failed. The process for requesting AAA Battery Service is similar to calling AAA for regular Roadside Assistance Service. Once the Battery Service truck is on the scene, a AAA Field Service Technician performs a test of the battery and the basic electrical system. If the battery died, the member will be given the option of purchasing a battery and having it installed on site.
AAA is looking for qualified individuals interested in becoming Field Service Technicians for our Battery Service department (which provides mobile battery service, jump starts, tire changes, fuel replacement and unlocks), as well as for our Fleet Services department (which provides the above listed duties along with towing and extrication.)
