Employee Incentives

Employee Discounts: AAA employees receive discounts and other privileges in connection with services offered by the company. These benefits include:

  • Auto Club membership - the employee receives a free AAA Plus membership
  • Auto and Homeowners Insurance discounts
  • Payroll deduction of premium payments; retired or disabled employees also may continue receiving the discounts
  • Travel discounts - up to 25% of the commission generated from bookings. This also applies to their spouses and children under 21 years of age that travel with the employee
