Employee Incentives

Good Business Partner Program: Every year on average, AAA managers caught employees "doing something right" and/or going above and beyond the call of duty over 2,300 times. When they see this kind of effort exhibited, the managers give the employees "Good Business Partner" cards. The cards are an additional way for managers to say "thank you" to employees. Employees mail the thank you cards to the Personnel Department. Each month a drawing is held with winners receiving a $50 U.S. Savings Bond. Furthermore, employees receive additional recognition from their own managers as their "Good Business Partner" cards are also attached to the employees' annual performance appraisals at review time.
