Recognition Lunches: Employees are honored at annual celebratory luncheons when:

  • They have worked for AAA 25 years or more
  • are top producers
  • have retired from our organization

The goals for these events are to generate camaraderie and provide a well-deserved pat-on-the-back for a job well done. Praising people who make our company great through their high achievements is an important part of our culture.

Our AAA President presides over each luncheon and expresses his personal appreciation for employees' successes.
