Retirement Plan:Once employees have been with AAA for five years, they automatically are vested in AAA's pension program. Reaching vesting at 5 years is incentive enough for many employees to stay with AAA that long. Employees who retire and receive a pension continue to receive the AAA Plus principal membership at no charge. Employees appreciate having a pension plan in addition to the 401(k) profit sharing plan. Retired employees may continue to benefit from the AAA healthcare plans group rate as long as they pay the total premium.
