The Simplest Way to Get Repairs

The Immediate Repair Program is a service available to policyholders of the Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange and the Auto Club Family Insurance Company. This is an easy way to get your car repaired when it is involved in a loss covered by your auto policy.

This program allows for immediate repair of your car at a number of repair facilities which, because of their reputation of excellent workmanship and competitive prices, have been designated as shops where repairs are authorized before the car is inspected by our representative. We will contact the Immediate Repair shop, authorize the repairs and let them know you will be calling them for an appointment. If your car is not driveable, we will call the shop to have them tow it to their shop.

When the repairs are complete, they will send the repair bill directly to us. All you have to do is pay them any applicable deductible when you pick the car up.

We guarantee that the workmanship of the Immediate Repair Shop will be of the quality generally accepted in the automobile repair business. Under this guarantee, we will remedy any departure from this standard. This guarantee is in effect as long as the car is kept by the current owner.

We certify that each Immediate Repair Shop has the trained personnel and specialized equipment necessary to repair the damaged vehicle to its original condition and integrity.
