| Quality Assurance
We incorporate the following daily operating procedures in order to assure quality service and performance:
- Corporate and personal profiles are checked at the beginning of the reservation process for specific details pertaining to the traveler.
- The lowest applicable fares are offered for the desired itinerary.
- Lower fares if published, but not available, will be waitlisted.
- At the completion of the reservation, the itinerary will be verified and examined for consistency of dates, destinations and traveler preferences.
- Prior to ticket delivery, a final review is performed to verify all dates and any possible fare reductions. All records are stored for a period of one year for future reference.
- Automated Fare Check Audit is an enhancement of APOLLO, which monitors AAA Corporate Travel’s itineraries, searching for new fares which may have entered the marketplace, or for lower, published fares made available by the airlines through capacity control inventory adjustments. Once a lower, applicable fare has been identified, the itinerary will be rebooked in accordance with guidelines pre-determined by the client. If the itinerary has already been ticketed, AAA Corporate Travel will reticket at the lower rate, less any applicable airline service charges, and issue a credit for the difference in fares.
- Cornerstone Information Systems software audits all aspects of travel management up to time of departure. The most valued features include: Fare Checker, which searches for fare decreases; Seat Checker secures improved seat assignments; and E-Checker tracks electronic tickets for potentially unused coupons and reports those coupons as refunds or credits toward future travel. Cornerstone delivers the expert technology that allows travel clients to continually improve upon the process of purchasing and managing travel expenditures.
